How to Initiate a Return?
To start a return, contact Customer Care immediately at support@soloenibiza.com. We’ll guide you through the process.
Requirements for Approval:
· Photos Required: You must provide photos of the actual item(s) and the original packaging for our review.
· Packaging: Items must be returned in their original brand box and protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
· Hazardous Materials Notice: Due to safety regulations, perfume returns must be shipped via Ground Transportation. Please do not use air shipping methods.
What do I do if I received the wrong item, damaged, or defective items?
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
· Photos/Video of the affected item showing the defect or leak.
· Photos of the outer shipping box and the shipping label.
